A signed agreement goes in. A programme, a critical path and a purchase schedule come out. We are taking the work only Viya’s planner and procurement lead can do today, writing the method down properly, and putting it into software the company owns.

The roster

Two kinds of work, kept separate on purpose.

Installing a way of working inside an operating business is a different job from building a founder’s first product. Both are ours; conflating them would tell you very little. Every company here is named with permission and running what we built.
