Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can get away with. We do not sell your data, we do not buy audiences, and we do not run advertising trackers. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can pick it up again. That is close to the whole story.

Only two kinds of thing:

• What you send us. Your name, email, company and whatever you type into a form on this site — the contact form, or an application to a role. You choose what to put in it.
• How the site was used. If you accept analytics cookies, aggregate figures about pages visited and rough location at country level. No profiles, no cross-site following, and nothing that identifies you personally.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers, health information, or anything about children.

To reply to you, to run a hiring process fairly, and to understand which pages are worth keeping. Nothing else. We do not use your details to market at you unless you asked us to send you something.

Two categories, and you control the second:

• Essential. One entry that remembers your light or dark preference, and one that remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking. These are not used to track you and the site cannot behave correctly without them.
• Analytics. Off until you accept them. You can change your mind at any time from Manage cookies in the footer.

Our email and scheduling providers, because that is where a conversation with us physically happens, and our hosting provider, which serves this page. Each is bound by its own agreement with us. We do not pass your details to anyone else, and we have never sold data of any kind.

Enquiries for as long as the relationship is live, and for two years afterwards in case it starts again. Applications for one year, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or to keep them for a future role. Analytics in aggregate only, with nothing tied back to an individual.

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hey@tghtech.com and we will action it within thirty days — usually the same week. You do not need to cite a regulation and we will not make you fill in a form.

Access to enquiry and application data is limited to the people who need it, held in accounts with two-factor authentication, on infrastructure we control. No system is perfect. If something went wrong in a way that affected you, we would tell you rather than wait to be asked.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where it affects data we already hold, say so plainly rather than quietly amending the page.
