By using tghtech.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They govern the website only — not any engagement between us, which is always covered by its own signed agreement.

This site exists to explain what we do and to let you start a conversation. Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send us anything unlawful. Everything else is fair game, including reading it all in one sitting.

The text, code, layout, diagrams, logos and visual system on this site belong to TGH Tech or our licensors. Quote us, link to us, and share a page freely. Do not republish substantial parts as your own, and do not reproduce our marks or design system in a way that implies we built or endorsed something we did not.

Some material here — guardrail lists, sample reports, case studies — is deliberately given away for you to use inside your own organization, including commercially. Use it, adapt it, hand it to your team. What you may not do is resell it as a product or present it as your own methodology. Attribution is appreciated, not required.

Descriptions of our services are general and indicative. Scope, price, timeline, deliverables and responsibilities for any actual piece of work are defined in a separate services agreement, and that agreement governs if it ever conflicts with something written here. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract on its own.

Our writing — posts, sample reports, guardrail lists, case accounts — is shared in good faith from our own work. It is not legal, financial, security or compliance advice for your specific situation, and applying it is a decision you make with knowledge of your own context. If the stakes are high, get someone to look at your actual system, whether that is us or anyone else.

We link out to products, repositories and other companies where it is useful. We are not responsible for what is on the other end, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific point being made.

The site is provided as-is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Where you deal with us under a services agreement, that agreement may specify a different forum, and it takes precedence.
