Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build production-grade products for ambitious startups and enterprises. You'll work across React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and cloud infrastructure — shipping real software from week one.
At TGH Tech, senior engineers don't just write code — they shape products. You'll work directly with founders and enterprise teams, making architectural decisions that define how products are built and scaled. Every project is different, every client brings new challenges, and the technology stack evolves as fast as the industry does.
What you'll do
- •Own features end-to-end: from technical design to production deployment
- •Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
- •Design scalable APIs and data models for complex product requirements
- •Collaborate directly with founders and product teams on technical decisions
- •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering culture
- •Participate in architecture reviews and code reviews
What we're looking for
- •4+ years of professional software development experience
- •Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- •Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- •Track record of shipping production software used by real users
- •Strong communication skills — you'll work directly with clients
Nice to have
- •Experience with AI/ML integration (LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic APIs)
- •Experience with Python and FastAPI
- •Contributions to open-source projects
- •Experience working in a consulting or agency environment
